Only your files count toward storage
The index the brain builds on top of your files costs you no storage at all. One gigabyte with you is one gigabyte with us.
The counts are examples, not promises
Documents, Genomain Vector™ points and Genomain Synapser™ describe what a typical mix of mail and office files works out to. Gigabytes are the exact meter — everything else is there to make the size understandable.
Whichever cap you reach first is the one that applies
Genomain Synapser™ is the monthly indexing work the brain does to keep everything current. If you reach that, or the document count, or your gigabytes before the others, that is the cap that counts.
At a cap, nothing stops and nothing is deleted
New ingestions queue up and wait. Everything already in the vault stays searchable and answerable. You choose what happens next — move up a size, or leave the queue where it is.

Why are users unlimited?
Because the value is in the knowledge, not in the seat. A per-user licence punishes you for letting people use what you already paid for. You pay for your company's brain once, and everyone in the company gets to use it.
What counts toward my storage?
Only the files themselves — the documents, emails and attachments you put in. Everything the brain builds on top of them costs you nothing. One gigabyte with you is one gigabyte with us.
Are the document and search counts exact?
No, and they aren't meant to be. They are examples based on a typical mix of mail and office files, so you can picture what a size actually holds. Gigabytes are the exact meter.
What is a Genomain Synapser™?
It is the unit of indexing work the brain does each month to read, connect and keep your material current. Bigger plans include more of it because more material changes more often.
What happens when I reach a cap?
Nothing stops and nothing is deleted. New ingestions queue up and wait, and everything already in the vault stays searchable. You decide whether to move up a size or leave the queue as it is.

No. The AI is a feature of the vault, not a subscription we resell. You bring your own provider key and pay your provider directly with no markup from us. If you would rather not manage a key, AI credits are sold separately.
Where does my data live?
In a European data centre, under your own jurisdiction. It is encrypted at rest, isolated from every other company, and every access is written to a tamper-evident audit log.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Move up whenever you need more room and the new size applies immediately. Move down at the end of your billing period. Nothing in the vault is lost either way.
